2019 Recreational Spring Season
Registration for Spring Season is now Open!
WELCOME! to the Recreational Spring season at Florida Premier FC. Recreational Soccer is ideal for the player who wants to be introduced to the game, play with friends and participate on a team. Recreational soccer is open to all players and is primarily devoted to the enjoyment and development of soccer players. No tryouts are required to join a team. All teams are coached by volunteers. This Spring we are trying to form a league strictly out of the Holiday Complex so more people can practice closer to where they live. All of the complexes will be run the same, with the same quality of training and coaching. Please keep in mind that if we do not get enough players to register for the Holiday Complex, we will combine those players with the players from Mitchell.
Registration closes March 15th, 2019. Late registrations will only be accepted on a team need basis. All registrations are done online via Florida Premier’s online registration system—Blue Sombrero. First go to our website www.floridapremierfc.com, click on Recreational up at the top, then choose and click on what field you are registering for in the drop-down box. If Holiday does not appear than just use the Mitchell tab. You will have a chance to choose Holiday later in the registration process.
If you created an account for a past season – log on using your user name and password. If you are new to the online registration, click on “new user” and follow the instructions. Payment must be made by debit/credit card online.

Any requests for registration refunds will be on an individual basis. Our general rule is no refunds for registration once the tee shirt order has been placed (about 2 weeks prior to the first game).
COST: $99 for all U15 (2004-2012 birth years); $75 for U16 and up (2000-2003 birth years). All U15 and below will have 1x a week practice.

All games and practices are held at Mitchell Park, Holiday Recreational Center or Collier Fields off Collier Parkway in Land O Lakes, depending on what league you registered for. There may be some overflow practices or games played at our new Starkey Complex. Games will be played on Saturdays and there could be some light traveling between our four parks.
Practices for the U8’s will be held on Monday’s from 6:15-7:15. U10’s on Wednesday’s from 6:00 to 7:15. The older age groups could will vary depending on the coach and available field space. (All practice times and days are subject to change, due to the coach and/or available field space.)
Your registration fee includes the following:
T-shirt, (you will have to provide black shorts and soccer socks)
Game Referee fees (U8-U19)
County Usage fee
FYSA registration and insurance
League operating expenses
-league equipment—goals, nets, fields, field flags
-administrative/operating expenses—field lights, paint, county expenses, advertising, website, and any other facility related expense
Siblings in the same age group/gender will be assigned to the same team unless otherwise requested. Other requests are not guaranteed.
The first games will be played on March 30 and will run for 6 weeks on Saturdays, skipping April 13th due to Florida Premier’s Showcase Tournament & April 20th which is Easter Weekend. The game dates will go as follows; March 30th, April 6th, April 16th or 17th, April 27th, May 4th and May 18th.) Schedules will be posted approx. one week prior to the season. They will get their tee shirt just prior to the first game.
This season all age groups will be coed unless there are enough players of one gender to make at least 4 complete teams. We reserve the right to combine age groups again if there are not enough players to field at least 4 complete teams.
**Volunteer Coaches: All of our recreational teams are coached by parent volunteers. The success of our season is due to our volunteers and every season we need volunteers. This is a great opportunity to work with the youth of our community, so please sign up! Thank you!
